What a find! Wonderful vintage brass seagull with a patina you just can't look away from!
This is a large and heavy solid brass figurine - out of Taiwan - likely 60's.
Things worth mentioning - the base has some scrapes scratches (the bottom - can't be seen when displayed), and the base is not quite flat, the figurine rocks a bit - it will likely need a little help from a matchstick or other small shim to steady. It will stand up fine on it's own, just a little wobbly.
